A day at Paradise Cove is not complete without relaxing on the deck of the famous Red Bar and Grill. The dress code is beach casual and requires only a bathing suit. The fare is a combination of local Bahamian specialties and traditional international favorites. Depending on the season you can expect choices such as conch, freshly caught lionfish, snapper and lobster.

The seaside menu also includes chicken wings, hamburgers, hotdogs and vegetarian choices. All food is prepared outside on the centrally located grill and served with a smile. The Red Bar also offers a multitude of liquid libations to accompany your deliciously prepared food, offering everything from pina coladas to goombay punch, local beers and icy cold sodas.
